As principal partner of the Gold Coast Titans, The Lottery Office is proud to announce a $50,000 donation to show support of the upcoming ‘Stand with Jai’ Round to be hosted at CBUS Stadium.
Australians affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND), with funding shared between two organisations making a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing the disease.
The donation includes $25,000 to MND Queensland, which provides essential care, equipment, advocacy and support services for Queenslanders living with MND, and $25,000 to Stand With Jai, an initiative established to support former NRL player Jai Arrow and his family following his diagnosis, while also raising awareness and funds for MND research and support.
Supporting Those Living with MND
Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a progressive neurological condition that damages the nerves controlling voluntary muscles. As the disease progresses, people gradually lose the ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. While treatments can help manage symptoms, there is currently no cure, making support services and ongoing research critically important.
Organisations such as MND Queensland provide practical assistance, specialist advice and emotional support to individuals and families navigating the challenges of the disease, helping improve quality of life throughout every stage of their journey.

Jai has become a powerful advocate for raising awareness of Motor Neurone Disease (MND), showing remarkable courage and determination following his diagnosis. His willingness to share his story has inspired thousands of Australians while shining a much-needed spotlight on the importance of funding research and supporting those living with the disease.
The Lottery Office's $50,000 donation has also helped amplify that message, with the announcement receiving national media coverage as part of the growing support for Jai and the wider MND community.
