How Do I Claim My FutureBall Winnings?

Claiming your prize is simple:

Prizes under AU $10,000: All winnings will be automatically credited to your Lottery Office Account as soon as the results are finalised.

Prizes over AU $10,000: Our friendly Customer Support Team will contact you for ID Verification and arrange secure payment directly to your nominated bank account. We'll guide you through the simple verification process and arrange the transfer.

What you need to do: Simply keep your contact details up to date in your Lottery Office Account Settings. For larger prizes, you'll need to provide valid identification and banking details when our team contacts you.

Your winnings are secure: All prize payments are guaranteed and protected. There's no need to worry about lost tickets or claim deadlines – if you've got a winning entry, we'll make sure you receive the amount won, in full.

How Many Winners Are There For Each Draw?

Division 1, AU$1,000,000 prize:
For a fully sold draw of 4,034,712 entries, Division 1 (6 numbers + FutureBall) is guaranteed to have exactly one winner due to the unique number combinations – ensuring the $1 million prize is never shared.

Divisions 2-4 prizes:
Unlike Division 1, the lower divisions can hold the same winning numbers and share the prize pool amongst themselves, with winner numbers varying based on how many entries match each combination.
