Must Be Won Draws

That means no matter what, the jackpot prize will be won. If it’s not won by anyone as a first division prize, then we’ll see a ‘jackpot rolldown’! This is when the jackpot prize is distributed down into the lower divisions, boosting their prizes. This could result in a 5^th division prize of AUD$180 when it would normally be AUD$55, which is amazing for matching only 3 numbers!

On top of this, as of November 7th 2020, National UK Lottery changes will see people who only match 2 winning numbers in line to win an AUD$9 prize. This will only be the case when nobody takes out the jackpot in a ‘must be won draw’.

The National UK Lottery also has another unique feature that gives you another crack at winning a prize, just for matching only two winning numbers! When you pick 2 winning numbers, you are given a free randomly generated game in the next upcoming draw. So don’t despair if you don’t win any cash and match 2 winning numbers, you still have another chance to claim a cash prize.

How do you play UK National Lottery?

You must select 6 numbers from a pool of 1-59. You can choose your own numbers, or you can use a Quick Play, which uses randomly selected numbers. It’s important to realise that numbers chosen by you and randomly selected numbers both have exactly the same chances of winning.
