History of EuroMillions
The first EuroMillions draw was held in February 2004 and to begin with only the UK, France and Spain participated. However, following its quick success it soon expanded into Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal and Switzerland, cementing the EuroMillions as one of the most popular lotteries in history.
The first EuroMillions Superdraw was held in 2007 and always creates excitement for both regular lotto players and those who like to chase the big draws. No-one knows when a superdraw is going to be held until the official lottery organisation makes an announcement but don't worry we'll let you know as soon as we do!
Previous payouts by this lottery have been some of the biggest in Europe.
