How to Guide: Logging into Your Lotto Account

At The Lottery Office, we make it quick and easy for you to access your account so you can check results, manage your entries, and withdraw winnings. Whether you’re logging in from your computer, tablet, or smartphone, the process ensures your lottery login is simple and secure.

Step 1: Visit The Lottery Office Website

Go lotteryoffice.com.au in your web browser. You’ll see the “Log In” button at the top right-hand corner of the homepage.

Step 2: Lottery Login with Email and Password

Click on “Log In”, then enter your registered email address and password. These are the same details you used when creating your account.

Step 3: Other Secure Lottery Login Options

For convenience, another option is offered allowing you to enter your birth date and mobile phone number. Once completed, click “send code”, this will send a one-time access code via SMS to your phone that you can then enter when prompted.

Alternatively, you can login even quicker with Facebook, Google or Apple.

Step 4: Access Your Account

Once logged in, you’ll be able to:

  • Check your tickets and past results
  • See any current winnings
  • Deposit funds to play upcoming draws
  • Update your personal details
  • Withdraw your winnings securely

What if You Forget Your Password?

If you forget your lottery login, no worries! Simply click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen and follow the prompts. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password safely as well as some hints and tips to keep it secure.

You can also use the “sms login” option in this scenario too. You’ll only need to enter your birth date and phone number to be sent a unique code to login with.

Logging in on Mobile

Prefer to play on the go? You can log in through your mobile browser or by downloading The Lottery Office app, available for free on both iOS and Android. The available log in options are all the same. Though once you have logged in via the app, you’ll also be able to set up biometric and PIN logins to make future logins even easier!
