I’ve received a call/email asking for money before you will release my winnings – is this a scam?

In the event of a win The Lottery Office will never ask you for any money before releasing your winnings. Our advice would be for you to hang up if you receive any future calls, and if you can, block the originating number. Ignore any emails of a similar nature. DO NOT send them any money under any circumstances.

Why am I not getting any emails from The Lottery Office?

Occasionally we have found that emails we send mistakenly get flagged as spam/junk by some email services. Please check your email’s spam/junk folder. Additionally, we recommend that you add support@lotteryoffice.com.au, info@lotteryoffice.com.au, news@lotteryoffice.com.au and mail@lotteryoffice.com.au to your email’s address book to ensure that you never miss an important notification from us. Refer to your email’s help section for further information.
